The Best Vegan Pancakes

Hey Sweethearts – What’s better on a Sunday morning than a proper Pancake stack?! Especially, when they’re that fluffy and topped with all the Goodies!

If you’re Looking for the best recipe for fluffy vegan Pancakes, you’re just Right!

I served mine with vegan Choc-Hazelnut Spread, Fresh Berries and Granola ( I used this one https://www.lycka.bio/products/special-angebot-granola-paket-all-in-2) *ad – REAL FOOD HEAVEN!

RECIPE

Average preparation time 10 mins
Average baking time 10-20 mins
Makes about 9 pancakes

INGREDIENTS
130G Spelt Flour
100G All Purpose White Flour (or more Spelt flour)
1TSP Baking powder
1TSP Baking Soda
2TSP Apple Cider Vinegar
150ml Almond Milk
150ml Sparkling Water (or more almond Milk)
2 TBSP Corn Starch
4 TBSP Coconut Oil Melted
2 TBSP Agave

DIRECTIONS
1 Combine all the dry Ingredients.
2. Add all other Ingredients and mix well. Let sit for About 10 mins.
3.In the meantime, heat some oil in a non stick frying pan.
4. Add About 2 TBSP for each Pancake and fry until golden Brown from each side.

Serve with every topping you desire.
